"Pulling" a product means importing it from our catalog into your own store (WooCommerce or Shopify), so your customers can see and buy it. It's a one-click action — we handle images, variants, descriptions, and stock sync.
Before you start
- Make sure your store is connected — see the WooCommerce or Shopify connect guide.
- You can preview any product from the catalog without pulling it.
1. Browse the catalog
From your dashboard, click Browse Products (or use the catalog button on the dashboard). Filter by category, search by keyword, sort by price or popularity.
2. Click "Pull to my store"
On any product, click the Pull to my store button. We immediately:
- Create the product in your connected store (Shopify / WooCommerce)
- Copy all images, the description, the price (your plan's wholesale rate + your markup if you set one), and variant options
- Start syncing stock in real time
3. Check it in your store
Within seconds, the product appears in your store's product list. Customise pricing or description there if you want — your changes won't be overwritten unless you remove and re-pull.
Already-pulled products
Your Pulled Products page in the dashboard lists everything you've imported. From there you can:
- Re-sync a single product (forces a fresh push)
- Disconnect a product (it stays in your store but stops auto-syncing stock)
- See real-time stock + alert status
Price markup
By default, products are pulled at the wholesale price for your plan. Your retail price (what your customers pay) is whatever you set in your own store — set higher than wholesale to earn margin.
Example: Wholesale ₹450 → you list at ₹699 on your Shopify → customer pays you ₹699 → you place order with us at ₹450 → ₹249 is your margin.
Limits
Your plan controls how many products you can have pulled at once. Check your subscription page for your limit, or upgrade for more.
