White labeling means the package that reaches your customer shows your brand, not VaanijyaSetu's. So your customer never knows we exist — to them, you're the seller.
What gets white-labeled
- The shipping label (sender name = your brand)
- The invoice inside the box (your brand at the top)
- The return address (your brand, our warehouse address — returns reach us either way)
What does NOT change
- The packaging itself (kraft mailer, polybag, etc.) is unbranded — neither yours nor ours
- The actual product (we don't tag products with your brand — that would require dedicated SKUs)
How to enable it
White labeling is opt-in per order. On the Review & Pay page for any order, you'll see a checkbox:
Toggle it on, the total recalculates, and you proceed to payment as usual.
What it costs
The current rate is ₹7 per item. So a 3-item order would add ₹21 to the order total. The rate occasionally adjusts (always within ₹5–10 range) based on courier pricing.
Why per-order, not always-on?
Two reasons:
- Cost flexibility — for cash-on-delivery test orders, you might skip it to keep margins healthy.
- Customer trust — sometimes you want them to know the product comes from a verified supplier (VaanijyaSetu's brand is a signal of authenticity for first-time buyers).
Tip: For repeat customers and high-value orders (over ₹2000), white labeling almost always pays for itself in repeat-order rate. For one-off cheap orders, you can skip.
Setting up your brand
The first time you opt for white labeling, we'll ask you to upload:
- Your brand logo (PNG, transparent background, at least 300px wide)
- Your brand name as you want it printed
- Your support email/phone for customers to contact (we won't intercept)
Once set, every white-labeled order uses the same brand assets. Update them anytime from your dashboard.
