This policy explains when and how refunds are processed by Zorvix Infotech Private Limited, operator of VaanijyaSetu. We aim to be fair and transparent — refund eligibility depends on what you paid for.
1. Subscription Refunds
You may request a full refund of your subscription fee within 7 calendar days of activation, provided you have not used the platform for live orders during that period. After 7 days, or once you have placed an order to be shipped, subscription fees become non-refundable.

2. Wallet Refunds
Wallet credit, once loaded, is non-refundable to your original payment method. Unused wallet balance can be used towards any product order on the platform. If you choose to close your account permanently, any unused wallet balance may be refunded at our discretion (subject to a 5% processing fee) — contact support to initiate this.
3. Order Refunds (Products you ordered from us)
Before the order ships
If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched to your end-customer, the full amount (wholesale price + applicable charges) will be refunded to your wallet within 24 hours.
After the order ships
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If the order is:
- Lost in transit (no delivery within 21 days for domestic orders) — full refund to wallet after investigation with courier
- Damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence) — replacement at no charge, or full refund
- Delivered but wrong/defective product (reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence) — replacement at no charge
- Returned by end-customer for non-quality reasons (change of mind, size, etc.) — refunds at the discretion of VaanijyaSetu; reverse logistics cost is borne by the Client
4. End-Customer Refunds
The relationship with the end-customer is between the Client and the end-customer. VaanijyaSetu does not directly process refunds to end-customers. Clients should:
- Issue their own refund to the end-customer per their store's return policy
- Initiate a return shipment via their preferred logistics partner
- Contact VaanijyaSetu to record the return and (where eligible) receive credit/refund to their wallet
5. Refund Method & Timing
- Subscription refunds — credited to the original payment method via Razorpay, within 5-7 business days
- Order refunds — credited to your wallet immediately, available for next order
- Wallet closure refunds — to original payment method, within 7-14 business days
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@vaanijyasetu.com or WhatsApp +91 80757 61513 with:
- Your registered email address
- Order number (for order-related refunds)
- Reason for refund
- Supporting evidence (photos for damage claims, delivery proof, etc.)
We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve most cases within 3-5 business days.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with our decision on a refund request, you may escalate by emailing support@vaanijyasetu.com with the subject "Escalation: [your case ID]". For payment disputes, you may also contact your bank or Razorpay. We do not encourage chargebacks before contacting support — please reach out first.
