This policy explains how orders placed through VaanijyaSetu are shipped to end-customers across India. Zorvix Infotech Private Limited partners with established logistics providers to ensure timely, trackable delivery.
1. Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. A small number of remote pincodes may not be serviceable; in such cases the order will be flagged and the Client notified to choose between cancellation (full wallet refund) or an alternative ship-to address.
2. Order Processing
- Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day
- Processing includes order verification, stock confirmation, packing, and handover to the courier

Timelines are estimates from our courier partners. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, transport disruptions, public holidays, or pincode-specific service constraints.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are calculated at order placement based on the destination pincode and package weight. The exact charge is shown to the Client before payment. We use a flat per-shipment fee that the Client can pass on to end-customers as part of the product price.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- The Client receives the AWB (tracking) number via dashboard, email, and (where applicable) WhatsApp
- End-customers can track the shipment using the AWB number on the courier partner's website
- Status updates are pushed to the Client dashboard whenever the courier reports a milestone
6. Failed Delivery / RTO
If a delivery attempt fails (customer unreachable, address incorrect, refused at door, etc.):
- The courier will typically reattempt 1-2 more times
- If all attempts fail, the package returns to our warehouse (RTO — return to origin)
- The Client is charged the reverse logistics cost as per the courier's tariff
- The Client may choose to re-ship (additional charges apply) or refund the end-customer
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability depends on the pincode and product value. Where available, an additional COD handling fee applies. COD remittance to the Client wallet happens within 3-7 business days of successful delivery (subject to the courier's remittance schedule).
8. International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside India. We may enable selected international destinations in the future — Clients will be notified.
