This guide walks you through installing the VaanijyaSetu WordPress plugin and pairing it with your seller account, so products and stock sync automatically between your store and ours.
You'll need: Admin access to your WooCommerce site, your VaanijyaSetu seller dashboard, about 5 minutes.
1. Download the plugin
Log in to your VaanijyaSetu dashboard, click the Connect Store link in the sidebar, and on the WooCommerce card click Download plugin. You'll get a file like vaanijyasetu-sync.zip.
2. Install the plugin in WordPress
In your WordPress admin:
- Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
- Click Choose File, select the zip you just downloaded
- Click Install Now, then Activate
3. Enter your API token
After activating, a new VaanijyaSetu menu appears in the WP sidebar. Click it.
Back in your VaanijyaSetu dashboard, find your API Token on the dashboard's API Access card. Copy it.
Paste the token into the plugin settings and click Save & Connect.
4. Verify the connection
Your plugin should now show Connected ✓ in green. The dashboard's Connect Store page should likewise show your domain in the connected list.
Domain locked: For security, each token only works from the domain you registered. If you change your domain, contact support — we'll update it manually.
What syncs automatically
- Stock changes — when we update a product's stock, it updates in your store within minutes.
- Out-of-stock alerts — products go to "Out of Stock" status in WooCommerce automatically.
- Order notifications — when a customer buys a synced product on your store, we get notified and you can confirm fulfillment from our dashboard.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid token" error
Most often this means you pasted an extra space, or you're using an old token. Generate a fresh one from the dashboard.
"Domain not allowed"
Your site is on a different domain than the one we registered. WhatsApp support with your current domain — we'll fix it from our side.
Products not syncing
Make sure the plugin is active in WP. Then in your VaanijyaSetu dashboard go to Pulled Products and click Re-sync on the affected product.
