How to track your earnings and withdraw

← All help articles

Your earnings live in your wallet. This guide explains the difference between your available and pending balance, when funds move between them, and how to withdraw.

Two balances

Available balance

Money you can spend right now — on new orders, on top-up-required services, or withdraw to your bank.

Pending balance

Money you've earned but isn't safely yours yet. Mostly from buy-link orders — see how buy-links work. Pending funds become available the moment the corresponding order is marked Delivered.

Where wallet debits go

Withdrawing to your bank

Minimum withdrawal: ₹500. Withdrawals are processed within 2 working days.

  1. From the dashboard's Wallet page, click Request Withdrawal.
  2. Enter the amount (must be ≤ available balance) and your bank IFSC + account number.
  3. Confirm. The amount is deducted from your wallet immediately and moves to "Processing" status.
  4. Within 2 working days the money lands in your bank account and the status flips to "Paid".

First withdrawal needs verification. If this is your first time, we'll send a ₹1 test transfer to confirm the account details. Real withdrawal kicks in once you confirm receipt of the ₹1.

Transaction history

Every credit and debit is logged with a timestamp, reference (which order or top-up), and running balance. Find it on the Wallet page → Transaction History tab.

Analytics view

For a higher-level look at revenue, AOV, top products, and conversion trends, use the Analytics page in your sidebar. It groups orders by week/month and highlights what's working.
